If you are experiencing issues with Google Search or feel that its quality has declined, it could be due to a variety of reasons, such as changes in the search algorithm, personalization of search results, increased competition, or changes in the way websites are ranked and displayed in search results.

Collect URLs and screenshots of the results you want to get deleted. Go to: https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/9673730, scroll down and click “start removal request”. Click on the edit icon to the right of “what do you want to do?” and select “remove information you see in Google Search.”

If you find “Auto-delete (On),” Google automatically deletes your Web & App Activity, which includes your Search history, after a specific time period.
